Creating designer trading cards that describe each designer's superpower, hidden talents, home base, style, and preferences!
Trading cards are a fun way to represent yourself and your skills and interests within the constraint of a small 2x3” space. Take some time with your team to create trading cards that represent each member and have fun with visual design. Individuals will spend an initial bit of time building out their content and then “trade” cards with another teammate to design the card and see how others see you!
This exercise is inspired by the Figma Design Team, Lattice has run this a few times over the years and it's a great time every time.
5 min - Intro explainer of the exercise
10 min - Create your trading card content in your template
20 min - Swap cards with another teammate and design their card to your liking
15 min - Show and tell

Today @latticedesign team played a new game where we make quick pitch decks for silly startups. The results were hilarious. Peer-to-peer toilet paper, drone delivered salsa, and used sock teleportation to name a few. 🍦🎉✨
